In 2017 ago we hosted our first Mad About Copenhagen event. We invited some of our maddest friends over, to thank them for their awesomeness over the years, and treat them to a night of riddles, food, wine and madness.
The event was in part a way to announce our book project and collect inputs for who and what we should consider featuring in the book.
We have so many people to thank for making this event possible (and awesome):
Jacob from Vinhanen, for keeping the wine flowing all night
Vibeke from Skagerak, for loaning us the most beautiful crockery (everything you see on the table!)
Adele from Eataly, for delicious spritz and antipasti
Emil from Bageriet Brød, for the city's finest sourdough bread
Jonathan, Joachim & Jesper of ODC Mad, for the insanely good organic veggies (their starring role in our butternut squash purée)
Mads and the butchers from Cleavers Meat Market, for the Vibygård lamb
Gabi & Jakob from Leckerbaer, for the most beautiful cakes
Samuli from Coffee Collective, for finishing off the meal with a great coffee cupping session (the 'compost' one is still the reigning favourite!)

Albin, for coming in last minute and running the kitchen so smoothly and making everything taste better than we could ever dream
